I couldn’t recommend Natalie highly enough! She is incredibly patient, encouraging, and knowledgeable, and always creates a comfortable and positive environment during lessons. She has a great way of explaining techniques in a way that is easy to understand, while also helping you build confidence in your voice. Every lesson feels productive and enjoyable, and I’ve noticed a real improvement in both my technique and confidence. Malin has been such a kind, thoughtful singing teacher to learn from. As a beginner guitarist and vocalist, I couldn’t have asked for a better teacher  she’s helped me build real confidence in both, and gone above and beyond by helping me with chords on guitar and even working with me on writing my own songs. Every lesson feels supportive and encouraging, and I’ve grown so much under her guidance. Having struggled with confidence around singing for years, my lessons with Sam have truly been game-changing. From my first one, I quickly felt at ease due to Sam's friendly and understanding approach. His teaching is technical, as he explains vocal anatomy and gives a better understanding of what is happening when singing in each of the registers. Learning that has helped a lot to improve breath control and avoid vocal strain. Each lesson you are given the opportunity to sing a song of your choosing which is really fun to do, but also quite informative as Sam can quickly pick up the characteristics of the singer's voice and explain how to achieve the desired tone. Amazing place for singing lessons. I was able to improve my voice and technique just after the first few lessons. Over time we worked on range, technique and tone. Sam is an amazing teacher as well. I’ve just completed five singing lessons with Sam and I’m genuinely very happy with how it went. From our very first conversation, he understood what I was aiming for, as well as my musical tastes and influences. I was initially quite embarrassed about singing, but his professional and supportive approach helped me break through that mental barrier. During the lessons, he helped me improve my vocal tuning, listening skills, and overall technique (tongue position, open throat, false vocal fold retraction). He also gave me valuable songwriting advice, especially on word choice to make my lyrics clearer and more natural, and helped me refine chord choices for my songs. Overall, I now have a much better understanding of how my voice works and what I’m capable of. I’ve had Sam as my vocal coach and he’s brilliant. He’s helped me discover things about my voice and singing habits that I was never aware of, as well as just how versatile my voice can be. Wonderful one-to-one singing lessons with Sam Marlow. As a total beginner who never believed he could sing, I noticed an immediate difference.
